Notice is hereby given that the Borough of Conshohocken will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Conshohocken Borough Hall, 400 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428.
The purpose of the hearing is to present and solicit comments on the proposed uses of 2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. Conshohocken is eligible for $150,645.00; and proposes to use the funds as follows: $18,000.00 for Administration; $55,000.00 for single-family, owner-occupied housing rehabilitation of households whose income is 80% or less than area median income; and $77,645.00 for engineering and construction of up to 6 curb ramps at intersections and alley crossings. Neither activity will demolish affordable housing or displace low-moderate income residents. Residents are invited to comment on the proposed or past uses of 2026 CDBG funds.

Conshohocken takes seriously its responsibility to provide opportunities for public input on its use of public funds. The proposed 2026 CDBG application will be available for inspection Monday through Friday from 8:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Conshohocken Borough Hall beginning September 9, 2026. Written comments regarding the proposed uses of 2026 CDBG funds will be accepted until September 29, 2026. Conshohocken Borough Council will consider a resolution authorizing the submission of the 2026 CDBG application at its meeting on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. Applications must be submitted to the PA Department of Community and Economic Development by Friday, October 30, 2026.
