The Department of Administrative Services is responsible for managing administrative and financial services, including human resources and pension matters, finance records and transactions, insurance, and records management. This department also oversees the administration of all insurances, and the coordination and upkeep of all benefit contracts. In addition, it oversees customer service relations through the Borough's Citizen Concern & Request for Services intake system, and through general permitting transactions, such as parking.
