Borough Council, at its public meeting on April 17, 2024, authorized the issuance of a notice of intent to award the contract for the 2024 Liquid Fuels Road Program to Scott Building Corporation, T/A Scott Contractors, Inc. The contract award will be conditioned on the issuance of a written contractor responsibility determination.
