Due to the anticipated snowstorm, Conshohocken Mayor Yaniv Aronson has declared a snow emergency effective Saturday, January 24, 2026, at 10 p.m. until Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at noon.
Under this declaration, the following acts shall be unlawful, and shall be punishable as provided under law:
- To park a motor vehicle or to allow that vehicle to remain parked anywhere on any snow emergency route designated in section 15-903 (Snow Emergency Routes Designated) of the Borough's Code of Ordinances; or
- To drive any motor vehicle on any such snow emergency route, unless that vehicle is equipped with snow tires or chains.
In addition to the snow emergency:
The Community Center at the Fellowship House will be closed on Sunday, January 25. All programs and rentals scheduled for that day have been canceled or postponed. Senior Bingo on Monday, January 26, is cancelled.
The trash and recycling schedule for the week of January 25 will be altered, as roadway and sidewalk safety will be the priority for the Public Services Department.
- Trash and recycling pickup for the East Side of the Borough will be Wednesday, January 28.
- Trash and recycling pickup for the West Side of the Borough will be Thursday, January 29.
- There will be no bulk trash or metal pickup on Wednesday, January 28, or yard waste collection on Thursday, January 29.
