Vendor Information
A Conshohocken tradition since 1993, Conshohocken Funfest brings nine blocks of fun to the Borough's Fayette Street. For the first time, Funfest will feature over 100 vendors. All applicants are reviewed and decided upon by a jury. Be sure to apply by the deadline to be considered. Late applications will not be accepted.

FUNFEST VENDOR INFORMATION
- Funfest is a rain or shine event.
- Vendor spaces are positioned in the middle of the street, side-by-side and back-to-back.
- The Borough only provides the 10’x10’ space.
Participants are responsible for providing their own belongings needed for setup. This includes tents, tables, chairs, and items to protect and secure belongings in case of winds or inclement weather. - Electricity is NOT available. Generators and amplified sound are NOT permitted at vendor spaces.
- Vendors MUST stay in their designated space. They are not allowed on the sidewalk.
- Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their space. Please provide your own trashcan if needed.
- Trash will be maintained and disposed of throughout the day by the Public Services Department.
- Conshohocken Borough reserves the right to determine what category each vendor is assigned.
- Vendor tables will be stationed on Fayette Street from 2nd to 5th Avenue from the hours of 12 Noon – 6 p.m.
- Conshohocken Borough restaurants may be required to provide copies of their food & beverage license(s).
- Regular vendor participants intending to sell food at the event are permitted to sell pre-packaged/ pre-prepared food only.
Participants intending to prepare and sell hot foods directly on-site must submit a Food Truck Application and contact the Borough immediately at 610-828-1092. - Please include documentation of your tax-exempt status, if applicable.
