NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Conshohocken Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing on Monday, November 14, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. prevailing. At this time, the Conshohocken Zoning Hearing Board will hear testimony and accept evidence on the following petition:

The Petitioner is requesting a variance from the terms of the Conshohocken Zoning Ordinance 27-811. The Petitioner proposes to construct a garage whose height will exceed what is permitted by 5 feet. All interested parties are invited to attend and to particpate in the hearing.
