a. Shade Tree Commission has scheduled a Community Tree Education meeting at the Fellowship House on Monday, June 6, 2011 at 7:00 P.M.

Record in the minutes that on May 12, 2011 Borough Council met with Plymouth Township Council and discussed Joint Grant opportunities like the Hazard Mitigation Grant, Flooding at the Cracker Barrel regional basin, their Conshohocken Sewer Authority Intermunicipal Agreement, Conshohocken Road/Elm Street Bridge replacement project, the status of the Wawa Project, Sharing project building plans between the Communities and if there were any large projects planned in the Communities. Some tasks that the Communities would like to see in the future include a joint letter to Penn Dot to see if their work around the Conshohocken Bridge could include flood mitigation work, if Conshohocken could approach their businesses to see if the bike path access could be improved, if the Communities could possibly share equipment that they own, and they would like a copy of the Wawa Zoning Review if possible.

a. Council will have for consideration a motion for the amount of renewal years for the Administrative Office lease.

a. Record in the minutes that there was a Special meeting for curbs and sidewalks repairs on April 20, 2011 at 6:00 P.M. Borough Council decided that the Code Department should advise all the property owners who require repairs as of April 20, 2011, that they will be given six (6) months to pull a permit and the work must be completed within one (1) year from May 1, 2011. All new U and O’s repairs will be given up to a year also so that they can budget for the repair work. All property transfers must complete the work immediately.
b. Record in the minutes that at the May 4, 2011 Workshop meeting Mr. Stokley made a motion to award the 2011 Open Space Greening Project bid to All Season’s Landscaping, Inc. for the Base Bid and Alternate #1 for $70,130. Motion was seconded by Mr. Phipps. Everyone voted in favor of the motion except Mr. McConnell who could not vote because he was the Acting Mayor.
c. Council will have for consideration adopting a motion for change orders for the 2010 Road Program which are: change order #1 for $39,373.70 and change order #2 for $14,692.39. There will be a final change order #3 for quantities which will be a credit.
d. Council will have for consideration adopting a motion to Award the 2011 Road Program Bids to Laffredo Construction for $303,633.25 based on the Engineer’s review.
e. Council will have for consideration adopting a motion for a Resolution which will update our Construction Designs for two (2) additional designs.

a. Council will have for consideration adopting a motion to award the quote from Siletta Plumbing for $5,650 for removing the “A” Field old heater and gas and water service.
b. Council will have for consideration adopting a motion to award the “A” Field underground storage tank removal project to Environmental Maintenance Company, Inc. for $1,950.
c. Is Council okay with the Borough releasing to the Conshohocken Golden Bears their 2011 Contribution for $2,500?
3. Recreation
a. Meeting with the Schools to review the proposed Boathouse plans and location was tonight at 6:30 P.M. Does Council need to take any action on this proposal for the schools?

a. Police and Statistics report for the month.
b. The Friends of the Forgotten will ride motorcycles through Town on Sunday, June 5, 2011 around noon.
2. Mayor’s Special Events Committee
a. Car Show Saturday, June 4, 2011 – 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
b. Council will have for consideration adopting a motion for a Proclamation for the week of May 15 – 21, 2011 to be proclaimed the Emergency Medical Services Week in the Borough.
c. Council will have for consideration adopting a motion for a Resolution for Olive Lee Banks turning 100 on April 19, 2011.
d. Attached is a copy of the VFW’s Memorial Day schedule for Monday, May 30, 2011.

5. Record in the minutes that at the May 4, 2011 Workshop Meeting Borough Council had a Public Hearing for the Revitalization Plan update. Ms. Stetler updated everyone concerning the purpose of the Plan, Ms. Lankenau explained the topics address in the Plan and Mr. Lankenau explained the market analysis in the Plan. Residents had questions concerning the Borough’s age’s breakdown, renting vs. ownership, alleys in the Borough and the Boathouse Project.
6. Council will have for consideration a motion to adopt the Revitalization Plan Update.
7. Old Police Car, Code Car and Chariots sale update.
8. Council will have for consideration adopting a motion for a Resolution for Gerry McTamney turning 80 this month.
