c. Laffredo Construction street light proposal for Spring Mill and Harry Street for $3,111
d. Council will have for consideration the final change order for the 2009 Road Program for ($17,618.53).
e. Council will have for consideration the Intent to Award the 2010 Road Project to Kehoe Construction contingent on funds being available.
f. Council will have for consideration the Montgomery County Stormwater Consortium Resolution. The Borough’s estimated share is around $1,700.
