    Zoning Amendment Proposal
    Estimated Time: 7:00 – 7:45

    Borough Council seeks to reclassify 115 Harry Street and 120 Spring Mill Avenue from Borough Residential 1 to Borough Commercial. The Borough owns both properties, which form a triangle on the northeast corner where Harry Street and Spring Mill Avenue intersect. Both properties are vacant lots.  The purpose for this amendment is to harmonize the zoning of those parcels with the surrounding property and to maximize the potential return to the municipality in the event that the properties are sold.

    Action Needed    : The Planning Commission should provide comments to Borough Council regarding the zoning amendment proposal.
