Metro PCS Land Development Site Plan

Metro PCS proposes to add wireless communication antennas to the roof of Marshall Lee Towers. The project will require zoning relief for the addition of antennas in the Business Commercial Zoning District.
Action Needed: The Planning Commission should provide comments to the Zoning Hearing Board.

Discussion: Fayette Street Master Plan (2005)

In 2005, Conshohocken completed the Fayette Street Master Plan: Downtown – Riverfront Linkages Streetscape Plan. The Borough Planner and Community Development/Zoning Officer will review the findings of the plan with the Commissioners.

Update: Riverfront Master Plan

In its April meeting, the Commission selected a priority issue to work on in the coming year. Because the riverfront touches on several issues important to the future of Conshohocken, the Commission decided to request Council support to pursue funding for a Riverfront Master Plan. Mr. Nelson attended Borough Council’s May Work Session to discuss the issue, and he will update the Commissioners regarding the outcome of this meeting.
