Ms. Moyer will speak with the Planning Commissioners about the work of the Shade Tree Commission, and issues the Planning Commission should be aware of in reviewing land development proposals.
2. 539 Spring Mill Avenue
Minor Subdivision and Land Development Review
Estimated Time: 7:30 – 8:00
Action Needed: The Applicant seeks approval from the Planning Commission on the minor subdivision and land development plan.
Ms. Coleman is scheduled to attend the Council meeting on October 5th to summarize the outcomes of this meeting.
