Preliminary and Final Minor Land Development Plan
Estimated Time: 7:00 – 7:30
This proposal, located on the north side of Eighth Avenue east of Hallowell Street, calls for the demolition of a single-family, detached dwelling for the construction of two, single-family, semidetached houses. Subdivision of the 0.177 acre lot into two was reviewed by the Planning Commission in January 2010.
Action Needed: The Applicant seeks approval from the Planning Commission on the preliminary and final minor land development plan.
Mr. Bertram is scheduled to attend the Council meeting on June 1st to summarize the outcomes of this meeting.
