1. 351-353 West Seventh Avenue / Park View Terrace
Preliminary and Final Land Development Plan
Estimated Time: 7:00 – 7:30
This proposal, located along West Seventh Avenue west of Wood Street, calls for four multifamily buildings, arranged as pairs with a central courtyard. Each building would have 12 attached, market-rate dwelling units, for a total of 48 units on a 1.5-acre site.
Action Needed: The Applicant seeks approval from the Planning Commission on the preliminary and final land development plan.
2. Revitalization Plan Update – Progress Report
Mr. Tobin is scheduled to attend the Council meeting on March 2nd to summarize the outcomes of this meeting.
