This item is continued from the May meeting. The Applicant submitted a tentative sketch plan to demolish a c. 1940s commercial garage, located within the Borough Residential 2 District, to construct nine (9) attached dwellings on the northwest corner of Old Elm Street and Corson Street. Two development scenarios were provided initially, one with parking at the rear and the other with garages and parking pads on the front. A revised sketch plan will be discussed.
Action Needed: The Applicant seeks comment from the Planning Commission on the revised
sketch plan.

Ms. Barton is scheduled to attend the Council meeting on November 3rd to summarize
the outcomes of this meeting.
