AGENDA

1. 426 Old Elm Street – Tentative Sketch Plan (Revised)
   Estimated Time: 7:00 – 7:30
   This item is continued from the May meeting. The Applicant submitted a tentative sketch plan to demolish a c. 1940s commercial garage, located within the Borough Residential 2 District, to construct nine (9) attached dwellings on the northwest corner of Old Elm Street and Corson
   Street. Two development scenarios were provided initially, one with parking at the rear and
   the other with garages and parking pads on the front. The revised sketch plan shows one
   alternative with parking at the rear.
   
   Action Needed: The Applicant seeks comment from the Planning Commission on the revised
   sketch plan.
    
2. Revitalization Plan Update – Progress Report

Mr. Mittman is scheduled to attend the Council meeting on October 6th to summarize the outcomes of this meeting.
