- 426 Old Elm Street – Tentative Sketch Plan (Revised)

This item is continued from the May meeting. The Applicant submitted a tentative sketch plan to demolish a c. 1940s commercial garage, located within the Borough Residential 2 District, to construct nine (9) attached dwellings on the northwest corner of Old Elm Street and Corson
Street. Two development scenarios were provided initially, one with parking at the rear and
the other with garages and parking pads on the front. The revised sketch plan shows one alternative with parking at the rear.
Action Needed: The Applicant seeks comment from the Planning Commission on the revised
sketch plan.
- 110 East Hector Street – Tentative Sketch Plan
Estimated Time: 7:30 – 8:00
The Applicant submitted a tentative sketch plan to convert a warehouse, located within the
Borough Residential 2 District, into two (2) attached dwellings. A portion of the warehouse
would be demolished to create a side yard for one dwelling. As proposed each dwelling would have a two-car garage entered at the front of each dwelling.
Mr. Tobin is scheduled to attend the Council meeting on September 1st to summarize the outcomes of this meeting.
