BOROUGH OF CONSHOHOCKEN
1. 1145 Forrest Street – Final Land Development Estimated Time: 7:00 – 7:30 This proposal calls for the conversion of a warehouse into a mixed use building with office space on the first floor and five (5) apartments above. Twenty-six (26) parking spaces will be provided for the occupants, and a significant amount of landscaping will be added to the site.
Action Needed: The Applicant seeks final minor land development approval for improvements associated with the warehouse conversion.
2. 426 Old Elm Street – Tentative Sketch Plan (Revised) This item is continued from the May meeting. The Applicant submitted a tentative sketch plan to demolish a c. 1940s commercial garage, located within the Borough Residential 2 District, to construct nine (9) attached dwellings on the northwest corner of Old Elm Street and Corson Street. Two development scenarios were provided, one with parking at the rear and the other with garages and parking pads on the front.
Action Needed: The Applicant seeks comment from the Planning Commission on the revised sketch plan.
3. Limited Industry/Research Zoning Amendment This item is continued from the June meeting. The proposal calls for a residential overlay district in the Borough’s Limited Industrial District. The Commission will review the changes made to the amendment based on the discussion during the June meeting.
