Michel is a historic preservation planner for the Bureau of Historic Preservation who provides historic preservation planning assistance to local governments and local preservation organizations throughout Pennsylvania. He has worked in the preservation field for 33 years.
- 426 Old Elm Street – Tentative Sketch Plan

The Applicant has submitted a tentative sketch plan to demolish a c. 1940s commercial garage, located within the Borough Residential 2 District, to construct nine (9) attached dwellings on the northwest corner of Old Elm Street and Corson Street. Two development scenarios were provided, one with parking at the rear and the other with garages and parking pads on the front.
Action Needed: The Applicant seeks review and comment from the Planning Commission on the proposed sketch plan.
- Limited Industry/Research Zoning Amendment

This proposal calls for a residential overlay district for multi-family housing in the Borough’s Limited Industrial District.
