1. 528 Fayette Street – Preliminary and Final Land Development
   Estimated Time: 7:00 – 7:30
   
   This proposal calls for the demolition of a 2 ½ story former residence at the southeast corner of Sixth Avenue and Fayette Street for the construction of a 1 ½ story Continental Bank. Parking for the bank will be located at the rear and accessed from Sixth Avenue only. A drive thru will be constructed on the south side of the building with egress for right turns only onto Fayette Street.
   
   Action Needed: The Applicant seeks preliminary and final land development approval for the demolition of an existing building to construct a Continental Bank.
   
   
   
2. Limited Industry/Research Zoning Amendment
   Estimated Time: 7:30 – 8:00
   
   This proposal calls for a residential overlay district for multi-family housing in the Borough’s Limited Industrial District.
   
   Action Needed: The Applicant seeks a recommendation from the Planning Commission on the proposed amendment for a Residential Overlay in the Limited Industry District.
