This proposal calls for the demolition of the existing single-family, detached dwelling, shed, and walkways leading to the house. The existing lot measures approximately 55’ wide x 140’ deep, and upon demolition the Applicant proposes subdivide it into two (2) lots for the construction of one attached dwelling on each lot.

Action Needed: The Applicant seeks minor subdivision and land development approval for the demolition of existing structures and construction of the proposed attached dwellings.

2. 301 Washington Street
Estimated Time: 7:30 – 8:00

The Applicant has submitted an amended land development plan for the lighting program at the site.

Action Needed:  The Applicant seeks approval for the proposed lighting.
