This proposal calls for the demolition of the existing single-family, detached dwelling, garage, and walkways leading to the house. The existing lot measures approximately 80’ wide x 100’ deep, and upon demolition the Applicant proposes subdivide it into three (3) lots for the construction of one attached dwelling on each lot.
Action Needed: The Applicant seeks minor subdivision and land development approval for the demolition of existing structures and construction of the proposed attached dwellings.
